We are using Google Calendar to manage our practice and race scheduling. You can print schedules and look at the coach's notes ( transportation times, equipment notes, cancelations, etc... ) for particular events. The team will be kept up to date via our e-mail list.
 
Practice will officially start on March 16th. Practices will be held right after school at 3pm and will finish by 5pm. Parents will need to co-ordinate transportation from CCA to the Wianno Yacht Club. Coach Jansen will be in contact with everyone to co-ordinate transportation.

Local ( Wianno or local Cape Schools) meets will be held weekdays after school during our regularly scheduled time. Off Cape events that require more travel will be held early afternoon on Saturdays. The specifics for all events will be in the Calendar. Again, Coach Jansen will be in contact with everyone to co-ordinate transportation.

In the event of a foul weather day there may be classroom "chalkboard" sessions held at CCA so that no transportation will be required. Again, you'll be notified in advance via our e-mail system. Since Coach Jansen is teaching classes during the day, the best mode of communication will be by e-mail. Coach Jansen will attempt to give ample notice to any changes.
